Matthew Adams

madams@hc-lawfirm.comMatthew attended the American School of the Hague in the Hague, Netherlands for four years prior to his return to North Carolina. He thereafter attended Athens Drive High School in Raleigh, North Carolina and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated in 1998. Matthew then enrolled in the North Carolina Central School of Law, where he was a research assistant and an active member of the law school prior to his graduation in 2004.
Following graduation from law school, Matthew worked for a regional accounting firm, performing compliance and tax related matters prior to practicing law for a local firm specializing in tax, estate planning and corporate law. Matthew joined Hodges & Coxe in 2010 as an associate attorney and currently practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, business formation and organization, business transactions, corporate law and taxation.
